Frequently asked questions

Everything travellers usually ask before a private cruise to Kimolos, Milos and Polyaigos. Still unsure? Just message us.

How is pricing structured for a private cruise?

Our cruises are fully private and priced per boat, not per person — the rate is the same whether there are two of you or a full party. We share a clear "from" starting price for each itinerary, and because every cruise is tailor-made, the final price depends on route, season and length of day. Tell us your dates and group size and we'll send a single, all-in figure with no surprises. [Owner: add your "from €___ per boat" figure.]

Will it really just be my group on board?

Yes — every cruise is genuinely private, with no strangers ever sharing your boat, whether you're a couple, a family or a small group of friends. Passion comfortably hosts up to 8 guests (licensed for 10, including her two crew).

What's included in the price?

We keep it all-inclusive: your two skippers, fuel, snorkelling gear, the dinghy that takes you inside the sea caves, towels, and food and drinks on board, plus the best photos from the day. No hidden extras or fuel surcharges. [Owner: confirm exact inclusions — fruit, soft drinks, wine/beer, open bar, professional photos.]

Where do we swim, and will we have time in the water?

Plenty. A private cruise means we anchor in calm, crystal-clear coves that bigger boats rarely reach — the turquoise of Galazia Nera on Polyaigos, the sea caves of Kleftiko on Milos, or quiet Kimolos coves like Soufi and the Gerakia cave. You decide how long to linger; there's never any rush.

Where do cruises depart from?

We're based on Kimolos and depart from the port of Psathi — and we also pick up guests from Milos, so you can join us from whichever island you're staying on. From Kimolos, Polyaigos is just over a nautical mile away across the channel — a genuine advantage, since this protected, uninhabited island can only be reached by boat. We'll confirm the exact meeting point and time when you book. [Owner: add the precise departure points on Kimolos and Milos, map links and arrival guidance.]

We're staying on Milos — can we still join?

Absolutely — we pick up from Milos as well as Kimolos, so there's no need to change islands. Many of our guests are based on Milos, and our itineraries regularly include Milos highlights such as Kleftiko. Tell us where you're staying and we'll set the most convenient departure point. [Owner: confirm the Milos departure/pickup point and any transfer details.]

What happens if the weather isn't good?

Safety and comfort always come first. We plan each route around the day's conditions, favouring sheltered coves when needed — a real benefit of a private, flexible cruise. If it's unsafe to sail, we'll always offer to reschedule. [Owner: state your exact cancellation/refund policy and any cut-off time.]

Is a private cruise suitable for families with young children?

Yes, very much so. A private boat is ideal for families: we set the pace, choose calm and shallow coves for easy swimming, and there's no crowd to keep up with. There's a shaded cockpit to get out of the sun, a proper WC on board, and life jackets in children's sizes. Tell us the ages in your group and we'll tailor the day. [Owner: confirm child life-jacket sizes available.]

Do you offer more than a single day?

Yes. Most guests join us for a full day, but we also run two- and three-day private cruises with overnights aboard Passion — sailing further across the Western Cyclades at a slower, even more relaxed pace. Tell us how long you'd like and we'll shape the route. [Owner: add multi-day "from" pricing and what overnights include.]
